Size referenced is for the pole diameter. Our aluminum flash collars are all 12″ in diameter and have a .060″ wall thickness. May have a minor imperfection on the side caused by the anodizing process. The 3.0″ Light Bronze Flash Collars are a darker shade than the Light Bronze Titan Telescoping Flagpole. This is the closest color match our supplier offers.
